- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

- In the subject line put RA Request and your Order Number
- Clearly state the reason for your return and provide all necessary details.
- Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

**3. Approval and Processing:**
- All return requests will be reviewed and approved by our site administrator.
- If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the RA number.

**4. Return Shipping:**
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance to ensure safe return delivery.
- Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the package.

**5. Store Credit Policy:**
- Approved returns will be processed as store credit only.
- Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any shipping fees.
